Cayman Islands insolvency and restructuring firm, Kalo, is delighted to be named one of the Cayman Islands’ Top Employers by the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals (CISHRP) at an awards ceremony held at the Marriott hotel last month.

The category winners were chosen based on the results of a detailed survey sent to all employees from the shortlisted companies.

The survey covered many aspects of working life including community and social responsibility, approach to diversity and inclusion, work place philosophy and culture, leadership, work life balance, workplace communication, employee recognition, training and professional development.

Kalo placed first place in the small employer category in its first year entering the awards, and Kalo managing director, Tammy Fu, said: “Kalo takes huge pride in being recognised as a Top Employer and as a great place to work, and we will continue to ensure we are taking care of our people and providing them with a happy, healthy place to work and thrive.

“The leadership team at Kalo recognizes that our employees are our most important asset. Unless you have a happy team, who are rewarded fairly and recognised for their efforts, your business will not succeed. We believe that if you take care of your employees they will take care of your business.”
